Gateway does not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, or diagnostics. The app makes zero network requests. There are no accounts, no logins, no email collection, and no third-party SDKs.
The app stores your reading progress and bookmarks locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device, is not synced to any server, and is deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also clear all saved data from within the app's About screen.
The built-in binaural beat generator uses AVAudioEngine to produce audio output. It does not access or record from the device microphone. All audio is generated locally and played through the device speaker or connected headphones.
Gateway uses no third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. There are no SDKs from Google, Facebook, or any other company embedded in the app.
Gateway does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13. The app is a reading and educational tool with no interactive data collection of any kind.
If this privacy policy is ever updated, changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Since the app collects no data, significant changes are unlikely.
